Please print out and complete an application for each person that will be living at the property.

Once the application(s) is completed, please fax it to our office at (303) 443-1440, email it to alisha@fourstarrealty.com or drop it off at our Pearl Street office located on the corner of 20th and Pearl Street.

We charge a Non Refundable $35.00 application fee per person, which is due when you drop off your application(s).

Most application(s) will take 48-72 hours to process. Obtaining landlord references and employer verifications can delay the process. If you are able to get reference via email please send them to alisha@fourstarrealty.com to make the process move faster.
