estate in Boulder County and along the Front Range. Since that time, Four Star has

For over ten years, Kyle has specialized in the purchase, sales, and re-development of multi-family income property in the Boulder County area.
He works extensively with buyers, sellers, owners and investors in order to maximize the value of their real estate portfolios.
With a background as a general contractor in Boston, Mass., Kyle advises clients on property improvements and on construction quality in new and
existing buildings. He also has extensive experience facilitating condominium conversions in the Boulder County area, with over $10 million in
converted buildings in the past four years. Kyle assists clients with 1031 exchange opportunities, and he has extensive information about
un-listed, or "pocket" properties in the City of Boulder.
In addition to his work with income property purchases and sales, Kyle also develops real estate in the City of Boulder. Recent projects include
The Broadway Brownstones, a luxury townhome project in central Boulder, and the Goose Creek Condominiums, a new 36 unit condominium project at
29th and Bluff St. He also has worked closely with Boulder Housing Partners in an effort to create increased affordable housing in the City of

Kyle received a BA from the University of Michigan in 1985, and moved to Boulder, Colorado from Boston, Mass. in 1989. In 1991, Kyle received
an MFA in Writing and Poetics from Naropa University. After teaching writing for five years at the University of Colorado, he obtained his real
estate license in 1995, and has been active as a realtor and developer since that time.

Rich has been a top-producing Realtor in the Boulder Valley, the Denver Metropolitan area and surrounding communities
for over fifteen years, representing buyers, sellers and real estate developers. His experience and knowledge of the
business has helped him facilitate over $100 million dollars in real estate transactions.
In 1992, Rich started his real estate career with Van Schaack and Company (which has since been acquired by
Coldwell Banker). In 1993 Rich joined Four Star Realty; he has served as the managing sales broker since 1995
and was made a partner in 2006. As the managing sales broker, Rich oversees all hiring, training and supervises
the transactions of Four Star Realty's other 25 brokers, ensuring the best possible client service and representation.
Rich is currently the project lead on the Pine Mesa development in the Winter Park area, and was the exclusive broker
representing the developer and overseeing all marketing of the following real estate developments:

Moving to Boulder in 1969 from Tucumcari, New Mexico, Rich grew up in a west Boulder neighborhood, attended local
schools (Mapleton, Whittier, Casey and Boulder High) and still raises his family in Boulder County. In addition to
living in Boulder, he has also lived in Lafayette, Louisville and currently resides in the Town of Superior. In 1991
he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance) degree from Chapman University in Orange,
California and has also earned his Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. His integrity, honesty and knowledge
